1. Almonds:
Almond is one of the most used dry fruits in Pakistan. The northern area's of Pakistan product almond in abundance. Especially Gilgit, Hunza, and Skardu are the main producers of Almond. Some area's of Balochistan also produce almonds.
2. Apricot
In Pakistan, apricots are mostly imported from Turkey and Afghanistan. Apricots have existed in the northern areas of Pakistan. this dry fruit is abundant in Skardu, Hunza, Gilgit, Khaplu, and Shigar. The northern area's apricot considered to be the sweetest.
3. Apricot Kernel
Apricot basically contains 2 parts. One is apricot outer layer, inside the layer, there were apricot kernels. The shell of apricot kernels are very hard and very difficult to break. inside the hard shell, there were apricot kernel. Apricot kernel also has 2 types. one is sweet and it also has a bitter type. Bitter type mostly use to extract oil which is called apricot oil.
3. Walnuts
walnuts are one the most famous dry fruit in whole world. approximately in every corner of the world people use walnuts. Best for heart health, it also boost immnune system and brain health
